Life is a cyclic quest, ever spinning
From birth, through youth, to age, and back to death
Death is with us, with the world beginning
And end as elders, with our final breath
Death is with us in youth, our bodies strong
As we bask in the sun, and dance the night
But as years go by, we always belong
To Death's strong cold hands, with all of their might
Death is still with us, our bodies weathered
As we turn gray, and wrinkles on our face
And while the end draws near, we're tethered
To the cycle of life, with all its grace
Closing our eyes, the cycle starts anew
In the warmth of daylight, Death waits for you
